The wirtter is saying that On the last days god spoke threw his son and who had made the worlds, and when Jesus had cleansed all sins his sat down next to god up in heaven because all his work was done. He was made more powerful then the angels and he had inherited a more excellent name then they had. The truth changed my life because now I know that when Jesus was done with cleansing sins the he sat high in heaven next to the lord God. Because his work was done. So the truth helped me more and it will change my life because I’m going to apply it to my life.

the writter is basically saying that after Jesus made the world and cleansed everyon’es sins he sat down on the right hand of his father.he also had a higher name than the angels (his angels) and like mafalda said he inheirited a greater name than them.this is really life changing and im deffinetly gonna apply this to my life! 🙂 love u all and i have some prayer requests…
1) i have to go to a hearing doctor.we’ll see how that goes.
2) my sister might’ve broke her foot and she has to go to an orthopedic doctor.

He was the creator of the universe, He puts life into motion. He is soo holy, amazing, and powerful: through all of that He died for us! He chose to go through suffering and pain all for us to just at least have a SHOT. What He did for us doesn’t even make everyone automatically have a fairytale ending and frolick off to heaven when they die. He’s so caring and loving. He didn’t say “I went through all that torture for you to be able to go to Heaven…soooo you WILL love me and you WILL serve me!” NO! He said something like “I died so you would be able to go to Heaven. It’s your choice, though.”
That’s what makes God so great. He doesn’t force us to do ANYthing. It’s all complete choice. He gives us the freedom to love OR hate.
Anyways, back to passage…. after He had the weight of the worlds sin on His shoulders (and died) that wasn’t the end! He came back and now He sits next to God in Heaven. Sheerly because of His name He was greater than the angels, but after He did that He was exalted so much higher than the angels.
This DOES change my life because this story is how we can get salvation. I’m so grateful God did this for us. He is such a merciful God and it’s so great to know He could put His son through sooooo much for the few that would follow Him and love Him. It’s sooo undescribable how much it makes me filled with joy inside because He didn’t have to do that for us! He could’ve just said “Forget about it! 2/3 of the world will never know me, follow me, or love me sooooo this world can live without my forgiveness” He did what He could to save those who would follow His name, though! And I’m soooo glad He did! 🙂
sorry it’s kind of long today, but sometimes when I get thinking about everyone out there that doesn’t have the gift of salvation….. I just want to do something! I hate that I’m shy because ughhh I just get soo nervous and I feel like I just can’tt help people -________-

I love what Grace said about how Jesus was still gracious about everything He did, not just I did this for you and expect this in return. I love this passage. I can just picture Him sitting down and looking over the world. He had a greater name then the angels because he was higher up. He’s the creater and source if all things. This really puts you in your place. We don’t celebrate Christmas because of Santa or because we give gifts, we celebrate it because God sent his son Jesus to be born, and started tremendous things! We aren’t the reason for the season, even if we think we are sometimes. God is.
